18 minutes a day…!
Several performance coaches are of the opinion that practicing any skill for 18 minutes a day for a year will enable you to stand above 95% of the people in that skill set.
18 minutes a day is roughly 110 hours per year. e.g. if you practice graphic designing or painting or shooting arrows, or playing a guitar or calligraphy, you will become better than a significant majority of the world at that skill.
